If you encounter issues installing ACDSee Mobile Sync from the Google Play Store, please follow the instructions below to manually download and install the latest version of the App:
1. Open this support page on your phone
2. Download the ACDSee Mobile Sync app installer from this ACD Systems link: 
ACDSee Mobile 2-2-302.apk
3. Open your file manager, and go to your downloads folder. For more information about how to manage your files, please see

a. For Google Pixel phones: Find & Delete Files on a Google Pixel Phone.


b. For Samsung phones: Using the My Files App.

c. For other Android phones: Please reference documentation from your phone’s manufacturer for more information.

4. Tap the downloaded 'ACDSee-Mobile-Sync-2-2-302.apk' file to start installing it.
5. If you have not previously downloaded apps from sources outside the Google Play Store, you may get a message stating that your phone isn't allowed to install apps from this source.

a. Tap the 'Settings' button to open Android Settings.

b. Please remember the source name that appears when Settings opens (such as ‘Chrome’, 'Download Manager', or 'MTP Host'), as you will need it later.

c. Enable the 'Allow from this source' setting. The installation may automatically continue; if not, return to Downloads and run the .apk installer again.

6. Once the installation is complete, the app will be ready to use.
7. We strongly recommend that you disable the 'Allow from this source' setting changed in Step 5. Reference the source name that you noted during Step 5b.

If you’re viewing this page on a computer, you can download the APK file directly to your computer and transfer it to your phone by USB.
