If the height of the trial window exceeds the space available on your desktop, the buttons that are located at the bottom of the window may not be immediately visible. To make these buttons appear, please try one of the 2 methods below:
1) Adjust your Windows "Scale and Layout" settings as follows:
- For screen resolutions close to 1280 x 800, select scaling of 100%
- For screen resolutions close to 1920 x 1080, select scaling of 125% or lower
- For screen resolutions close to 3840 x 2160 (4K), select scaling of 200% or lower
Note, according to ACDSee’s system requirements: the minimum display resolution is 1280 x 800 (1920 x 1080 recommended).
To modify the "Scale and Layout" settings, please navigate to Windows Settings > System > Display.

2) Move your cursor near the upper edge of the trial window, then click and drag the window upwards to reveal the buttons at the bottom of the window.
