The Luxea Content Packs is downloaded as .zip files with Internet Explorer instead of .alcp file. To workaround the issue, please use the following steps:
- Download and Save the Content Pack (.zip) to a known location on your computer, e.g. Download folder
- Change the file extension from “.zip” to “.alcp” manually and commit the rename
- You can now import the Content Pack file normally
Note if you cannot see the file extension of the file, please enable Windows to show file extensions of known file types:
- Open a Windows File Explorer window
- In the menu, select View
- From the available operations, select “Options”. The Folder Options dialog should appear
- In the Folder Options dialog, select the View tab
- In the Advanced Settings list, uncheck “Hide extensions for known file types”
- Click Apply and close the dialog
As the issue only occurs in Internet Explorer, we recommend that you use Chrome, Edge or Firefox to dowload the content pack.
