Please log in to your acdID user portal. After logging in, click My Account | My Orders on the menu bar from the top right corner of the page.
On the My Orders page, click the Order Number to access the Order Details page
On the Order Details page, click the Change Payment Info for renewals link
On the Update Payment Method page, modify the necessary fields. Enter the new credit card number and its expiration date.
Please review the Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy of ACD Systems International Inc. Ensure you check the box, then click the Proceed button to finalize the update.
